After starting his career with a keen interest in surgery, Dr Tom Goyer’s attention was soon drawn to the rapidly evolving field of anti ageing and wellness medicine. This new trend in modern medicine focuses on optimizing the health and appearance of an individual so that they can always look and feel their best.

After attending a conference in 2005 Tom was amazed at the results that were being achieved from the latest non surgical  types of cosmetic medicine (such as botox, dermal fillers, and lasers)  and the incredible effect that it could have upon someone’s appearance and confidence. After this Tom decided to pursue a career in Cosmetic Medicine and is now one of Sydney’s established Cosmetic Physicians.  Tom believes that the three essential pillars of good cosmetic medicine are communication, integrity, and the attainment of subtle results which leave people looking entirely natural and refreshed.

Tom is a member of the Cosmetic Physicians Society of Australia and the Australian Society of Cosmetic Medicine. He regularly attends international training and conferences to keep up to date with all the latest techniques in the rapidly evolving world of cosmetics.

When not working in his North Sydney clinic, Tom can be found surfing or scuba diving on the northern beaches.
